The history of Warzone: Battle Royale/Resurgence
Where it all began
March 10, 2020
Warzone began as an extension of the Call of Duty franchise, developed by Infinity Ward and Raven Software, and released in March 2020. It emerged as a free-to-play, standalone battle royale game mode within Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Set in the fictional city of Verdansk.
The next map
December 16th, 2020
After a few updates and seasons, a new map released: Rebirth Island marked a significant expansion for Warzone, introducing a new map and gameplay experience to the existing player base. Rebirth Island, a smaller and more intense battleground than Verdansk, was launched in December 2020 as part of Season One of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War integration.

A new map by the name of ‘Fortunes Keep’ had been released but not that many people of the community liked it but there were new cool features such as, the idea of money instead of cash was gold and it had a cool new look

Warzone 2 started off quite bad with new weapons, maps, movement and many more. Also released the 2 new maps named ‘Ashika island’ and ‘Vondel’

This map was pretty gloomy and had many Easter eggs but it wasn‘t the same as the old maps as people would say

If you didn’t know this ’Vondel’ is actually located in Amsterdam. But it was a alright map and without the movement it felt the same as Ashika island but more bigger

Here we see ’Fortunes Keep 2.0’ it finally comes back with a huge crater in the middle but that’s also not what the community wants…

Rebirth island is also back there are new guns and items but some building look ran down. Anyway I hope the game stays as it is and flows correctly
